Solutions

Understanding the client’s mission, work, and how they interact with their diverse stakeholders, we re-organised their content into categories and sub-categories so that they were easily accessible to each audience. We treated the website as a hybrid between a showcase and a news media website.

We made a megamenu showcasing dynamic items in its drop-down, allowing both regular readers to access newest content directly and new visitors to get a quick grasp of Cleantech for Europe's work.

Throughout the website, we used contextual wording for clear actions, contextual menus in specific pages, dynamic contextual recommendations, and colored tags to guide the eye and easily differentiate content categories.

While deep blue backgrounds immerse the user in a techy atmosphere on more editorial sections, light grey ones create comfort for readability on text-rich pages.

For headings, we used a powerful typeface in all-caps for stateliness. The body’s is easy-to-read, with a smart and futuristic twist to immerse the user in the cleantech universe.
